U. S.

Developed and help implement a corporate-wide Safety Management Program for an U.S. subsidiary of a German manufacturer. Program reduced the annual number of injuries and illnesses by 40%.

Assisted offshore drilling contractor in reducing Workers Compensation and Jones Act costs associated with employee injuries.  Developed post injury "vendor selection criteria" for Physician Consultants, Medical Cost Containment Companies and Utilization Review Firms.

Managed safety, risk and hazard control services for the nation's largest land-based drilling contractor (1700 employees working on 189 drilling rigs located throughout the continental U.S.).  Participated in corporate safety planning/strategy meetings, wrote safety management programs, performed hazard control surveys and conducted safety training.

Conducted Pre-Tender HES audit of offshore Jack-up Drilling Rig prior to mobilization with subsequent shipyard monitoring of recommended corrective action items

Participated as key member of Technical Safety and Fire Protection audit team responsible for the evaluation of a $2 billion offshore production platform in the North Sea.  Evaluation results corrected major process safety deficiencies and reduced the potential for catastrophic loss.
